Ukraine National Strategy HIV/AIDS, TB, Hepatitis, 2020-2030

The goal of this strategy is to counter HIV/AIDS, TB and viral hepatitis epidemics as a global threat to public health and well-being, improve life quality and life expectancy, reduce morbidity, disability and mortality through establishing and operating effective, innovative and flexible systems that ensure quality and affordable prevention, diagnosing, treatment, care and support services based on human and patient rights and needs.
